For those submitting entries to Adweek Experiential Awards following the list of criteria here will help clarify the submission process, help ensure entries are submitted in the appropriate categories and streamline the judging process
Entries must be submitted as a ‘case study’ video and a PDF of pertinent information. In addition to your ‘case study’ video upload, you may provide a link to your content on the entry form. Submissions without a video entry, or do not follow the general guidelines, will not be considered.
A synopsis of 500 words or less must be supplied with each entry (this will be collected on the entry form). Please be sure to include the following information in your entry (either within the synopsis or case study):
- Title of submission
- Brief description of the submission
- Participants (agency and brand)
- Business objective and scope of project
- Insight
- Creative vision
- KPI goals
- Execution details
- Results
- Brief summation
If information included must remain confidential, please preface content with “confidential, not for publication” and it will only be used for judging purposes. For judging purposes, please submit your entry in English.
